Commissioner JETT moved ratification of the minutes from the March 11, 2008, meeting, seconded by Commissioner DIXON and carried by the following roll call vote:

 Forest Theater (orchestra pit and surrounding area was repaved; fence repaired) and Vista Lobos all things are status quo.
 Carmel Art Festival, 5.15-18.08 progressing as planned
 Memorial Day Ceremony, 5.26.08/11:00 a.m., progressing as planned
 2008 Surf-About; new dates are 6.14-15, 2008, progressing as planned
 July TBD, 2008, Caber Parade; pending notice from organizers
 July 4, 2008, 4th of July Celebration; progressing as planned
 August Car Week Update; progressing as planned
