CITY COUNCIL: Consideration of an Appeal of the Forest and Beach Commission Decision to Deny Removal of a Tree on Public Property the Applicant considers posing an unreasonable Risk to Adjacent Properties. The Tree is located on Torres Street, 2 Houses Northeast of Ninth Avenue. The Applicants are Robert and Judith Profeta
