CITY COUNCIL: Consideration of a resolution authorizing 1. a Centennial Celebration street dance on Dolores Street on October 29, 2016 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., 2. the closure of Dolores Street between Ocean and 7th Avenues, 3. the sale of beer and wine at the dance, 4. the installation of a stage, fencing and other structures on the site, and 5. the playing of amplified music during the dance
