Presentation will be limited to three minutes, or as established by the Community Activities & Cultural Commission.

Commissioner RACHEL moved ratification of the minutes from the July 8, 2008, meeting, seconded by Commissioner JETT and carried by the following roll call vote:

ABSTAIN: NONE
