Description: Attached is the “Conclusions and Recommendations” excerpt from a September 14, 2011 draft report prepared by Les White, the Interim Executive Director of the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments (AMBAG), for the AMBAG Board of Directors, on the future of the agency. Also included are the other sections of the report for further information and background that may be helpful.

Staff Recommendation: Review the report on AMBAG’s future and authorize Ken Talmage, the City’s representative, to vote to retain AMBAG in its present form.
