CITY COUNCIL: Consideration of an appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to deny a Use Permit (UP 14-02) and Commercial Sign Application (51 14-11) for the establishment of a retail wine shop with wine tasting as an ancillary use in an existing commercial space located at the northwest corner of Mission Street and Seventh Avenue, in the Central Commercial (CC) Zoning District. The decision is being appealed by Tudor Wines, Inc.
